I will be appearing in a TV program on Sky living 8pm Wednesday!!! Its called
"She's having a baby"
about having a baby with the support of a doula and hypnobirthing.
I have just heard it has been seen in New Zealand! Gentlebirthing really is international now!
This photograph of me and my friend Tamara, Chair of the Hypnobirthing UK Board, and teacher of Hypnobirthing, together with Janet Balaskas,Active Birth expert and teacher. We were speaking at a national study day at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage.
Thank you to all the midwives that attended, many had travelled a long way to get to us.
The topic of the day was HypnoBirthing meets Active Birth. Explaining the concepts to the midwives and how they can encourage and facilitate women to achieve the normal, calm births, they wish to have.
